"NORMAN CORWIN'S WE HOLD THESE TRUTHS (A CELEBRATION OF THE 200TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE BILL OF RIGHTS)" (R RT) - Ossman directed this new version of the 1941 broadcast with the new cast featuring among many others; Phil Proctor, Richard Dysart, James Earl Jones, Jill Eikenberry, Lloyd Bridges, Fess Parker, and Ray Bradbury. This co-production of Other World Media, APR, and WETA  broadcast on public radio, ABC, CBS, NBC, Mutual, and Unistar networks, won the Silver Gavel Award from the American Bar Association, gold medals for Best Special Event, Best Writing, and Best Direction at the NY International Radio Festival, and Corporation for Public Broadcasting Silver Award for Spoken Arts. Ossman announces and appears as George Tirebiter, while Proctor plays several parts and acted as floor director for this 60 min. program. Released as a 66:39 min. version on CD and cassette with a booklet including the script, photos and notes on Other World Media / WETA FM DIDX 015870.

"PROCTOR AND BERGMAN'S COMEDY SERVICE" (RT) - Proctor and Bergman recorded over 300 one min. daily comedy bits, produced by Ted Bonnitt,  sent out to subscribing stations on cassette by Media America. A 10 min. pilot program also exists on tape.

"EMPIRE OF THE AIR: THE MEN WHO MADE RADIO"  (R RT) - Ossman wrote and directed this original radio play based on the book by Tom Lewis, narrated by Steve Allen starring among others; Peter Bergman, Phil Proctor, Harry Shearer, Jane Meadows, Ed Asner, David Ogden-Stiers, Harris Yulin, John Randolph, and Bonnie Bedilia.This was broadcast over APR, concurrently with the Ken Burns film on PBS, won the silver medal for best writing at the NY International Festival, and was taped for this broadcast date.
